We can offer refunds, less shipping cost, for all unused items in their original packaging within 14 days from the delivery date. A 10% restocking charge will apply. Refunds will be issued within 5 days from the date of receiving the item.
Faulty/ damaged items.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you received, we will be more than happy to replace it. The replacement order will be shipped within 10 days from the date of us receiving the faulty/damaged item.
